Integrating with Content Server

If I want to use the functionality "generation and automatic upload of documents with barcode" from outside of the Content Server, ¿What must I do for meet this goal?, ¿Is there any API or standard web service provided by OpenText for Extract Barcodes?

I am afraid there is no OpenText module that supports bar codes.

However, there are JavaScript-based solutions available on the Internet. After a quick search, I found QuaggaJS. Note that I haven't tried QuaggaJS myself, so no guarantees!
