Login without Password in TS 6.7.1

Hi all,

We have a weird problem after migrating to TS 6.7.1. Some of the users are able to login without putting their credentials while login.

Just the User ID with blank/incorrect password enable them to logon to the system. Is it a bug in TS 6.7.1?

Any pointer or suggestion would be helpful.

Seems to be a bug as in any case it shouldn't allow SOME of the users to login without credentials..

Apart from that the people who are earlier in admin.uid are now having editor role access. We are having a tough time explaining to clients about their role change and password malfunctioning after migrating to TS 6.7.1.

The Best way is to contact support and get their views on this. It will help you to explain "THE" situation to your clients. My experience says, If something comes from "Interwoven", people (client) feel more relaxed and they understand the problem in a better manner... Smiley Wink

Check the support site for patches - I believe I recall hearing about this problem before (in these forums) and thus would further believe that the issue was patched.

If you cannot find information on the support site - contact support and open a case with them.
