Secure MFT 2015 R1 with OTDS 10.5 Patch 6

Experts,

We are trying to configure Secure MFT on DMZ to authenticate with OTDS which is on internal network.

We are using OTDS Version: 10.5.0 SP1 with Patch 6 and Secure MFT 2015 R1.

While using the internal url from the DMZ, we are getting the below error.

There was a problem with your request. Please contact your administrator if this persists. The DNS domains for the request and response differ or cannot be determined. The redirect URL was given as https://dmzserver:8090/MFT/ and the OTDS URL followed was http://internalserver.fqdn:8080/otdsws/login.

There is a configuration mentioned on Page 145 on the installation document for configuring the public url.

However, we do not see the OTDS properties in our set up.

So when we change the interface with our public name, we are getting page cannot be displayed error as it is trying to resolve the internal OTDS server url from outside the network.

PS: We have tested the OTDS configration from the Secure MFT console with the internal server name. The result is OK. There is no connectivity error for the same and even for the db.

Please provide us your expert opinion on how to achieve the same.
