My LDAP is not opening (Cordys BOP4 CU 20)

Hi,

While starting Cordys Admin Repository server I am getting below error :

The Cordys Monitor could not be started due to failure to access the LDAP server. Please ensure that the LDAP server is running. If so, the could be slow. Add the
' bus.ldaprequest.timeout= ' property in the
wcp.properties file and specify the duration for request time out.

I have increased ldaprequest time out but it is not working.

HI ,

Could you confirm how the issue got resolved.
At present we are facing same error after upgrading Web server from Apache to TomEE.

Can you tell us the exact error message, process platform version ? Also can you confirm if your CARS & TomEE services is up and running?
