Calling OTDS authentication from an external webform

I am trying to use OTDS for authenticaion but would like to call its webservices from an external form.
I am able to build the request up as recorded from SoapUI :

How do I get or retrieve the AuthenticationToken?Is anyone aware or know of a solution for this or any reference material I could look at?
