Get NodeId by Path

Hi,

Is there any way we can get node id from Livelink folder location?

We need to upload files to different folders and to upload it needs parent id.So I want to know if there is any method that can provide node id by path or any way to upload document using path instead of parent id?

You can use DocumentManagement.getNodeByPath(rootId, pathElements) from CWS (SOAP WS API).
