Support for AppWorks Gateway to connect to SQL Server with an encrypted connection

Hi There,

I was wondering if there was a support statement from OpenText covering connecting an AppWorks Server to a SQL Server where the connections to the SQL Server are encrypted.

We are in early planing phases and I was curious to see how other customers have encrypted the AppWorks database when it is deployed into a DMZ.

Hi Matthew,

It is not a supported scenario at present with either AppWorks Gateway 1.x or the soon to be released 16 version but it can be considered for a future version of AppWorks 16
