script tag in metadatacapture

Hello,
I just discovered that I cannot use script tags in datacapture.cfg for extended attributes (I can use script tags for my templatedata datacapture.cfg).

I have metadatacapture6.dtd. Is this an older version?

Is there any workaround for this?

I meant that I can insert <script> tags to use formAPI in my custom DCT's

But the DCT for extended attributes that lives in iw-home\local\config and follows metadatacapture6.0.dtd doesnt accept <script> tags. The dtd doesnt even allow <script> which is fine...I guess. But is there any workaround for this?

I need to use some kind of formAPI in my extended attributes form.

I hope that makes it clearer.

What rev of TS are you running ?

Script tags are not currently supported in MD Capture. However IWOV has a release on the way that combines the TST and MDC UIs. I had thought that was due in 6.7.1 but the manuals do not appear to talk about this.

You may want to find out from IWOV when this feature will be released.

I believe this is one of the features that's supposed to come in 6.7.1SP1 ... I certainly hope so - it was talked about two GearUps ago ...
