Datadeploy error

I am getting following error when trying to use datadeploy to deploy a DCR to an oracle database 10g, Interwoven 6.7.1 on windows -

Here is my database configuration in database.xml -

<database
name = "oracle-db"
db = "f365-TS:1521: orcl"
user = "xxxxx"
password = "xxxxx"
vendor = "oracle"/>

Attached is the schema mapping xml. What is missing in my configuration.

In the file you post you have <database use="orcl"

but you call it oracle-db in the database.xml

I guess in database.xml database name attribute refers to the name of the provider and in schema mapping xml, use refers to the database name. Correct me if I am wrong.

I think what you said is correct. I modified schema mapping but now am getting the connection error -

Maybe, but I checked some of my old installs and I used the same value in both:

from conf.blah.xml
<database name="DDTEST"

and from database.xml

<database name="DDTEST" db="server:1433?database=DDTEST" ...

OK, new error, that *should* be good.

Do you have JDBC configured to run for that DB on your system ?

Yeah that's what am checking...Could it be a compatibility issue of OD6.1.1 DD with Oracle 11g....Any pointers on this would be helpful....

Check the release notes for DD 6.1.1 however Oracle 11 was NOT listed in 6.1.0, nor is in it 6.2, so you can assume it is not supported

Thanks for your help...I think I'll try installing Oracle 10 and see if it works with that....
