Not able to add a folder with a category associated

Hello,
I´m trying to add folders and documents with a category associated and with the attributtes filled cause there are mandatory attributes. The only thing I have obtained is adding the node without category and after add the category. But as the category has mandatory fields, when I add the category I obtained an error saying that I have to fullfill the mandatory attribute.

Can anyone help me to get a solution to this problem?

Hello Diana,

I faced the same problem in a migration of documents and, as a workaround, I had to remove the categories with mandatory fields from folder, upload documents, and then re-add the category to the folder. I know this is not the best way, but it works.

I have pending to test if using CWS would be easier.
