How to reset password for AppWorks Gateway 1.1.2 or 16.1 for OTAG user?

Can anybody tell me how to reset the AppWorks Gateway password for the OTAG user without reinstalling all of it?!

The Problem has been solved. I have manually deleted all created tables from the AppWorks 16.

Hi Himand,

You should have been able to do this logging into OTDS and resetting the password. However, it sounds as if you were using the embedded OTDS deployment. There is a way of doing this too but it's a bit complicated to list all the steps. A ticket with Customer Support would be required.
