Unable to add Trusted Server

Hello,
We have installed OpenText AppWorks Gateway v1.1.6. But when we are trying to add Trusted Server in the gateway, we are getting logged out automatically. ALso the Shared Key in Content Server doesnt match with the Key in gateway. Any idea how we can resolve the same.

Achintya,
You need to log in as a Content Server administrator. Make sure the user otadmin@otds.admin is added to the otagadmins group in the OTAG partition and log in with this user in the Gateway console.
I hope it is not too late.
