Hi
I have recently installed and configured tempobox 10.5.2 at a client and when I run the desktop client on a users PC
I receive the following error "OpenText Tempo Box has encountered a problem it cannot resolve and will exit"
I installed the client successfully on my PC. Both PC has windows 7 OS and connecting to CS 10.5
the tempobox client runs successfully on the users PC, he goes through quick review session upon starting up the error message is displayed. his tempobox folder is created in the my documents and folders do appear how ever the documents don't pull through
has anyone saw this before? is there a patch maybe?
