Change Email notification TempoBox URL

Hi All,
I have installed a TempoBox 16 with a CS 16.2
I have properly configured both the Gateway and the CS.
I have enabled the External users invitation.
Since I need to share TempoBox with External users I have set an external DNS configure to access TempoBox (that is working well)
My issue is that on the invitation emails and in the new folder share email the URLs have the server name instead of the DNS, how can I configure the Gateway or TempoBox or Cs so to create the URL using the external DNS instead of the servername?
Any help is very appreciated.

Hi Igor,

You need to go to the Gateway Admin > Services > Tempo Invite Handling Service > Settings > Download

Expand out the zip file and you will see in the WEB-INF directory an xsl folder containing all the HTML code that is used to generate the emails. Simply edit the files - copy it back into the zip file you downloaded and reinstall the Tempo Invite Handling Service.

Hi Jonathan,

I have done as suggested, and most of the emails now have the dns in place of the server name exccept for one email.
When a user invites an existing user to a new folder that has been shared, he receives an email saying:
**** would like to share TestShare
Click here to accept this request.
If I click on the link "Click Here" the url contains the server name instead of the DNS.
Do you happen to know where this email gets composed as I can't find it in the xsl files on the tempo invite handler.
