There are many ways to do it. Chances are, you have this information in the iw.cfg Configuration File.

Check for example [iwwebd]host, [iwwebd]default_protocol, [iwproxy]customer_webserver_host values. You can obtain cfg's
entries using iwconfig CLT command or TeamSite::IW_cfg Class (the latter one is a hack, be careful)

As Bo said, if this was installed correctly, you can use the iw.cfg. However some installs can use IP address or even localhost for some variables.

You can also execute hostname in a system call and get the value.

In a CGI it will *likely* be in the URL as well
