SOLVED : Android user unable to use Content Server Mobile
Users receive an error when launching the app
"Unable to install the application. Please contact your administrator"
anyone have a clue?

Found the problem, the CS mobile application on the AppWorks Gateway was disabled. I don't know why it was disabled. Back to enable and all works. you can close the question, sorry for the trouble
