Two questions about themes in v8.2.2

1 - When I change the theme via Manage > Global Options > User Interface > Theme dropdown I then restart IIS but the theme doesn't change, and I'm stuck on 'Thunder'. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. The preview button correctly displays the preview window with the correct theme applied. Any ideas?

2 - How can I apply custom themes to different users or roles? I'm thinking of using WW as a client portal with a different theme per client (only for major clients) with their corporate colours, logos and livery. I was under the impression this was possible, but I've only been able to assign Start Workspaces to a role, but I've been unable to customise the theme for the Start Workspace.

1. You have a role-based theme set up. The role's theme takes precedence over the Global theme.

• Login as Admin user.
  
• Go to Manage | Roles.
  
• Click on the name of the role in which your user id is assigned.
  
• Locate the "theme" dropdown in the middle of the dialog. Change this to the appropriate theme. NOTE: This will affect all users who belong to your role.
