Tagging qualitative feedback or user comments

I am interested in using MetaTagger to automatically classify user feedback from a variety of channels. Has anyone had success with this? The comments are generally short, ~5 - 50 words.

Best approach to take is to use both classifiers and recognizers in combination. I know some customers have used MT for syndicating content between sites by categorizing and filtering based on the categories. You will probably want to use iwgenmetadata or the MT API from workflow rather than rely on the standard TagUI workflow.
