Livesite installation: Default webserver unable to host the Teamsite homepage

We were trying to integrate Livesite3.0 with Teamsite6.7.1
After the installation the default webserver was not able to render the TeamSite Homepage.
So we uninstalled the Livesite component, which gave the same error.
Although the iw-store is intact, we concluded that the IIS was not able to map the with iw-store with Y:\ drive (which is not present).

Please suggest us a solution to create the Y:\ virtual drive without reinstalling the Teamsite.

Please try to do these:
1.Re-install the IIS.
2.Run the script tspostreboot.pl in iw-home/teamsite/install/.
3.Map the iw-mount in IIS configuration to Y:/.
