TS 6.7.1 LDAP not connecting

just upgraded from 6.5 to 6.7.1; now the ldap is not connecting.
The configuration is the same with the 6.5 configuration.
We specify the following:
authenticate_by=ldap
ldap_server=
ldap_port=
ldap_dnbase=
ldap_key=
ldap_account=
ldap_pwd=
ldap_mail_attr=
Any configuration that we need to change.
Please advice.

Does the LDAP binding happening from your TS server to LDAP server?
How is your content store file permissions? Does the ownership details are still retained?
Probably I am not in a postion to guide you on the post installation issue, but the above are some of the items which we can check
