Online Proofing in MediaBin

Hi,

Currently, we have a requirement to facilitate online image proofing using MediaBin. Which requires an online proofing tool such that Marketing personnel can ‘mark up’ a proof sent by an agency in a collaborative online environment (which is MediaBin). This would remove the need for iterative cycles of e-mails and faxes.

I check the MediaBin douments and i am aware that MediaBin does not provide any kind of online proofing out of the box. Are there other alternetive ways, to achive this?

Any Ideas and suggestions would be appreciated

While not ideal, you could use the versioning capabilities of MediaBin to ad successive drafts to the same asset, and even possibly define a new metadata field to hold comments going back and forth. Not as polished as what CSO can accomplish, but out-of-the-box.
