TeamSite server 6.7.1 services stopped after LiveSIte 3.0 installation

Hi All,
I was using TS 6.7.1 having OS windows 2k3 and tried to install LiveSite 3.0 on the same server m/c. But after the successful installation of LiveSite the webserver was unable to render the TeamSite homepage and Y: drive also diappeared. Interwoven TeamSite service is also stopped now. I uninstalled the LiveSite now and tried clt -
iw-home\iw-perl\bin\perl iw-home\install\tspostreboot.pl iw-home IIS
But it didn't find the Y drive and stopped the execution.
Please give me the direction to troubleshoot the problem.

Do you have TS 6.7.1 SP1 installed?
As per support , TS 6.7.1 SP1 is not compatible with Livesite 3.0.

Win2003 SP1(Teamsite671) is compatible with LiveSite 3.0 SP1 (Runtime)
And SitePublisher 3.0 SP1 is not .
