Logging in to Desktop Components Configuration Tool

I'm trying to use the Desktop Components Configuration Tool but I'm not able to log in. I've checked to make sure that I'm entering the correct credentials for the facility administrator, and that the server name is right (there is no domain).

I can log in to Facility Manager through the web using the same credentials so I know the user name and password are valid.

The only thing I can think of that might be causing an issue is that unlike the other Worksite utilities, the deskop config tool is installed on my local machine and not on my Worksite server. It doesn't seem like that should make a difference though, if I'm entering the name of the server when I log in.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Turned out this was a version issue - I had an older install of MailSite on my local machine; I uninstalled and set up MailSite MP 4.1 SP Patch B9 and the tool works fine.

Problem solved.
