Teamsite Reporting

Hi!,

We have Recently installed Teamsite Reporting and configured it accordingly as mentioned in the installation doc.

We Installed Crystal Enterprise 10 on a Windows 2000 Server and configured it to point to a report database.

we have installed Teamsite Reporting on Solaris and done all the configuration.

we have also configured the EventSubstem to point to a event Database

When we tested to generate some reports, Blank Reports were generated, we are able to find that TeamSite is able to connect to Crystal Enterprise.

We also found that the tables in both the Events and Reports database are empty.. and nothing has been updated in these tables..

The question i have is that eventsystem is not working ... and nothing is getting updated in the database, hence wanted to know what could be the problem...

I could see that teamsite is able to connect to the database but no event information is getting updated in the database.

Attached is the jmsconfignew.xml with the configuration informatin.

Can anyone tell what could be wrong...
