How to create radio button in Custom Job Instantiation Forms

Hi,
I am using workflow modeler 1.0.0 with teamsite 6.7.1 on Solaris enviournment.
I created custom_instantiation DCT with the help of iwmodeldct command.

Can any body please tell me how to add a radio buttob in the custom_instantiation DCT ?
Can i manually edit the custom_instantiation DCT and add the required filelds i want ?

That is what it is meant for so yes, you can, Make sure, you do not forget to define the item you use for the radio button as a veriable in your WFM. You will have to submit both the wfm, custom instantiation DCT and default.xml config file to staging.
