Document.LockContent?

Hi,

We are using WorkSite Web for server based content management. One of our requirement is to assign a document to another user (say, for Reviewing...). I'm trying to emulate this operation using the ImanDocument's LockContent method. However I could not lock a document in the name of another user.
Is this a right approach to move ahead? Is there any other product from interwoven that would have this 'Assign' functionality?
Any suggesstion would be appreciated.
