Using radio buttons & finding templating examples

Hi There

I'm quite new to templating, but I'm getting to grips with it soon well already. I now have teh challenge of creating a DCT which uses 2 radio buttons to determine what fields show be shown. For example I need to have a section in a DCT whereby depending on which radio button a user clicks they will be presented with a corresponding text field (There are 2 different text fields, 1 for the first radio button and 1 for the 2nd). Does anyone know how I can create this using teh usual DCT tags?

Also where is teh best place to find examples of working template solutions & DCT solution i.e just small if statements, case statements, iterate examples etc? I've looked on teh web, but there doesn't seem to be much out there - maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

This can be done by doing validations through Javascript.
As you are new to templating, kindly go through Forms Publisher Developer and FormAPI guides for achieving the required functionality in your templates.

U'll have to use formAPI (which comes as a separate pdf guide)..u ll need to write a function which will decide what radio value u r putting in and will enable/disable the text field accordingly and finally call this onFormInit().

But first u need to go through the formAPI guide to learn the custom tags used.
