What are the different ways to invoke workflow through Perl program? How to set task owner and discription?

What OS, what rev of TS ?

The new WF (workflow modeler) behaves very different from the original WF.

but here are a couple things to read in the manual

iwwft_compile.ipl and iwmodelc
