DBI-DBD installation for DB2 on Win2003

We are trying to install DBI/DBD Perl modules on Windows 2003 for DB2.

I seem to be getting two types of errors

First:

Can't load 'C:\iw-home\install\DBI-DBD\DBI-1.59\blib\arch/auto/DBI/DBI.dll' for module DBI: load_file:The specified module could not be found at C:/iw-home/iw-perl/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 229.

Second: (This occurs only for the DBI and Storage modules)

"The application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."


I have installed Visual Studio 8, so all C library files are available. Using 'iw-perl' for the compilation and 'nmake' within Visual Studio 8 is used for the make process.
