Error: Could not found service: on cluster

Hi! All
I m new to Worksite MP; I m reading the WOM Developer Guide.pdf and tries to run the sample (Dot NET) provided in it. It raises exception at logon method. The exception message is "Could not found service: on cluster. WSMP41".
so, i tackle this problem. any suggestion regarding this will be anticipated.
