dcr value in VBSCRIPT

Did any one try to insert a dcr value in a string. I am trying to insert a dcr value in vbscript but its not working.

for example
strRecipient = "<iw_value name='item.EmailAddress'/>"

any help!!

Did you declare your iw_iterate before this line? You have to, so it knows what the "item" in item.EmailAddress is. It would help if you posted a little more of your code...

I tried diffrent ways to assign the value but couldnt.
I used javascript and it is working the way i wanted it.
