launchpad failure

Hi,

While trying to do an Import operation, Java Applet fails to get launched(screenshot attached).

TeamSite version is 6.5 SP2
JDK version is 1.4.2_12

i have set the Path to C:\j2sdk1.4.2_12\bin.

Can anyone kindly provide some help?

Please check whether your launchpad JAR files got downloaded to your local machine successfuly...
Also is this happening in all the M/Cs???

Happening on all machines or on your system only?
