workflow model, how to customize email templates

Hi,

We are using workflow model 1.0.0.1 and TS 6.7.1 SP1. It has provided some default templates and corresponding classes which actually uses these and accomplish the email tasks.

But these templates are just 2 and does not suffice all needs. Please let me know how can we make changes / customize in these mail templates so that they can serve for sending mails not just for reviewer and author (default provided) but say for deployment failure notification etc etc.

These templates are in .xsl format.
