Hi all

i m trying to send email notification using email task,but its not working
i have configured mail server and other information in

iw.cfg

maildomain
mailserver
use_mapping_file=true
email_mapping_file=C:\iw-home\local\config\wft\email_map.cfg

also configured the email_map.cfg,

Is their any other file that has to be configured ?

Which of the mail are you using
1) solution mail
2) sendmail
3) servlet mail

What are the mail header template and body template you are using to display email to the user.
Where are they located?

email header is reviewer_iwmailheader.tpl

email body is reviewer_iwmailbody.tpl

location of these files are

//server/iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions

What version of TS are you using?
You say "email task" - is this

should be (in this case, based on the information you posted) the name of the review task which will be transitioned to after the email is sent.

In that case you need to adjust the command attribute of the Email Task to include the '-t task-name' argument
