Editing MediaBin Web Client defaults

My environment is as follows
MediaBin 4.6 hosted on Windows 2003 SP1

I need to make the following amendments to the web client;

1. Ability to find only folders with images
2. Ability to list assets first, then folders
3. Ability to set default order of metadata fields
4. Ability to set system defaults for metadata fields in Gallery and List view

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.
