Hi,

As soon as the successful login to TS 6.7.1 SP1 GUI (Solaris 10), need to execute a Perl script that logs the current user, time & other data of my interest. What is the better way of doing it? / Which file I should modify to include the call for Perl script?

this has been discussed earlier in a different fashion. To my knowledge, there is no way. Even if there is, you would not be able to use that data for any good because TS does not log you out as soon as you close the Browser window which means, that next time when you actually browse to TS, there are very probable chances that you are already logged in.

There are no supported mechanisms. You may however modify (hack) login.jsp, look [post=81863]here[/post] for some discussion

by putting a "0" value to the parameter iw.common.authentication.cookie_lifetime inside the application_custom.xml you will be forcefully logged out when you close the browser window.

Reji_kv - Thanks for sharing this. The last time we discussed this, noone had a good solution to the issue. Have you tried this at your end?

Hi Moonkhanna,
Yes, i have tried it on our server and works absolutely fine.

By default the variable i have mentioned has a default value of "infinite" which stores the cookie until the teamsite timeout value expires or user deliberately logs out. The variable accepts only two values, either "infinite" or "0".
