Memory Allocation Error?

Hi All,
I am getting the following errors mostly on Insertion Images.
1. Exception in Primitive {}! Reason= memory allocation error, Message = CBIR Content Registration
2. Exception in Primitive {}! Reason= Unspecified error, Message = Insufficient memory (case 4)
Drive C has 10 GB Free space - OS Installed
Drive D has 350 GB Free space - MB Installed
Please help.

I don't think this is really a memory allocation error. It's something else showing up as a memory error.
Could you please open a case with Interwoven Support and provide some basic info regarding this problem? Specifically, we would like to know 1) which version of MediaBin you are running, 2) which version of DBMS running on the backend, 3) whether you are using any specially insertion tasks, and 4) whether all insertion jobs get errors or just some particular ones. In addition, please also send us the MBP.log, Job.log, and DB.log files.

We have a user experiencing this issue as well, but while downloading assets from the web-client. See attached pop-up screen shot. What configuration setting should be changed in order to allow download of very large size files with the web client?

Can you please post the same information that was asked in the post above like MB version, DB etc.?
Does this happen for one particular users with one particular asset and with one particular client or is this widespread?

To be clear, at least in the most obvious cases this message is referring to RAM not disk space. One thing to try would be reducing the number of concurrent jobs allowed.
