Intermittent 500 error message

Dear all,

We have an intermittent problem where we get a 500 error when we generate a DCR. The DCR includes several media bin assets and the TPL connect to media bin using the ‘iwov_import_mediabin’. The 500 error message indicates that it could not create the file, but we have opened the permissions to 777 for the moment and we still get the problem.

I have also included the screen shot which shows the error message.

Has anyone seen this problem before or got any ideas?

Teamite 6.5 SP3
MediaBin 4.5.2 on Windows 2003 SP1 and using Oracle

This problem was not occurring in test and the permissions of the workarea were 777, as apposed to 775 on production. So I changed the permissions of 777 and this fixed the problem.

The strange thing was that the import function worked fine!
