Workflow modeler email problem

I am trying on email task,
I got the following error message,
Do I have to update ccmail_header.tpl ?

we didnt change on ccmail_header.tpl.
do we need any setting to make it works?
I go through the document. didnt mention on any special setup.

Were you by chance sending email from a job that had comments with a special character in it ?

These should work out of the box, though I always use iw_solution_email, I have used the others without modification.

I try to run the validation command

I try to remove iw_comment tag, and it will complaint headers tag

When was it last updated ? What is the size ?

Could someone have open and saved it in a DOS format (CR and LF) ? On my system (6.7.1 Win) Friday, October 06, 2006, 9:46:45 PM (modified) 3.68 KB (3,772 bytes) size.

Also, I tried iwxmlval on a 6.7.1 SP1 system and got mismatched tag at line 19.

The attached file is ccmail_header.tpl (3,775 bytes)
in TS 6.7.1.0

It seems that the included templates have never been tested...

Just remove the tags (and their content) from all of the templates.
