preview.removemanifest.error.msg

Hi all,

one of our users is getting this error whenever he previews a file in a workarea
"preview.removemanifest.error.msg"

Could anyone please suggest why this error is coming and also the strange part is he is able to preview few pages in the same workarea without getting this error after sometime he gets this error.

everything was good so far and nothing has been changed on server and TS end.

Env: TS 6.7.1

This is a known issue with 6.7.1, fixed in SP1

Basically the issue is that the zz_tst files were somehow submitted to staging and are now versioned.

You should be able ot change the number of previews in iw.cfg and he can try again & it will work. If you push it to 50, and #1 causes a problem, then you will get this issue 1 out of 50 times.

But is there any way we can stop these files from being versioned or is there any other alternative.

You can put them into autoprivate.cfg

SP1 for 6.7.1 prevents them from being submitted as well.
