How to RASTERIZE a text layer psd file

Hi,
Is there is any primitive available in MB to rasterize a text layer(only text layer) in a psd file.
Please let me know.....

The flattener should as a side effect rasterize any text layers. If you wanted to perform this as a part of more steps it may be worth looking into the AGS Encoder to see if the entire operation could be contained in a single invocation of AGS.

For thos on MediaBin 4.6 and above this method will only work if you have AGS installed and if the "Use AGS" parameter to the flattener is set to true.
