Wizard failed to initialize

hi All

I tried to install TS Reports (installing it as a stand alone module)in our QA env and all of a sudden i started getting errors, UI dosn't seem to work. I tried uninstalling Report center too but no use.

Are you able to launch the CE10 Crystal Management Console and even make a connection ? Also was the Datadirect Driver Installed ?
Double check if the PATH environment variable for jre is set to:
dir_name\TeamSite\InstallerData\jre\bin too.
