Submit Not Working (Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1 windows 2003)

Hi,

We installed Teamsite 6.7.1 sp1 on windows 2003 server.

When I am selecting file and submiting it starts the submit process and completes without any error. But files are not submiting to staging.

Can any one guide me to trobleshoot this problem ?

There could be a lot of reasons this fails. Click on the workflow tab, look for any active jobs, what status are they ?

What workflow are you using ?

No jobs under workflow tab. Its a fresh teamsite install. We are using default submit (submit direct).

Click view properties on the files being submitted. Anything of note, maybe marked private ?

I created new file and did submit. Submit process completed successfully but file is still having pencil image and not in staging.

How did you do the submit ? Select the file and click submit ? Did any window popup ?

Yes, Offcourse select file, click submit, window popups for submit comment then click start job.

have you configured for any workflows at all? What role are you on the branch you are trying to submit from?

possibly, you are not using the Default Submit workflow..

Resolved - Somebody changed the default_submit.wft. When I restored original its working properly.
