How to load multiple DCR and dereference them inside tpl

I have my dataCategory/datacapture.cfg as



and i want to load array of 'dcr.detail.section' and dereference them for accessing their 'downloadElements' field .

Is there any way to load an array of dcr and dereference them one by one?
