Manual Log In required to restart the Adobe PDF server software

The problem is with how the system runs. The implementation requires the system to be logged in under a local account through the console to function correctly. This means that if the system is rebooted or brought down for any reason, someone has to manually go in and restart the software. Additionally this can't be done just by connecting and starting a service, a user needs to manually log in and run the software.
Any ideas on ways around this?
