what the is the default url of the OD GUI?

ive been looking though the docs for the URL to the OD admin gui, and i cant find it.
Does anyone know the default installation url?

also, does anyone have any experience with opendeploy not stopping when you run /etc/init.d/iwod60 stop
it just sits there forever at the:

OpenDeploy server is stopping, please wait ...

Are you running the command as root / via sudo ?

OD finally restarted when i used
iwod60 restart

instead of stop and then start.
