iwproxy truncating "#anything" in request URL

Hi all,

We are using Teamsite 6.7.1 on unix.

I have a weired issue. (or may be thats how proxy works!)

Original URL typed :
http://myserver.com/iw-mount/default/main/www/WORKAREA/MANUAL/it/page.jsp?id=5600&tab=why_attend&aa=100#home

access_log (/iwhome/local/logs/iwui) :
10.1.9.58 - - [25/Jan/2008:13:39:47 -0500] "GET /iw-mount/default/main/www/WORKAREA/MANUAL/it/page.jsp?id=5600&tab=why_attend&aa=100 HTTP/1.1" 200 7335 6 sghangre

You can observe that the '#home' got TRUNCATED.

Any clues are appreciated.

TS Proxy Server remaps and redirects your assets according to the rules you (your Admins) set up.

It is certainly possible that your settings are imperfect. Check them. If needed, take a look at your TeamSite® Administration
Guide release to see how to run Proxy in Debug mode.

Yes, there is nothing in OOTB TS proxy settings that drop anchors. We use them all the time and preview them without any issues.

You may want to kill iwproxy and then put it in debug mode and try again.
