Folder view (document list)

Hi all,

Does anybody know what criteria uses Worksite for selecting/showing/choosing the documents to see in a folder view in Filesite when you have more documents inside the folder than your limit?

For example, my documents to show limit is 512 (default) and I access to a folder with 800 documents. Which 512 documents select worksite to show?

Hi Daz, thanks a lot for the info, I knew about that tech-note, however it doesn't solve my question.

I would like to know which criterion uses Worksite to select the first 512 elements. I think it is the result of the natural answer of SQL (see Tech-Note 82005-1315) it says something similar.

The problem is when you try to do something agaisnt a folder with more than your limit (i.e:512) you cannot have the certain about what documents are out this action...
