What do you mean by "code of transform task"? What are you trying to accomplish?

If by the question you mean, can you get a list of primitives in a task from the web client, the answer is "no". However, if you log in via the Windows Native Client as an MB Admin or Task Admin you can get this information.

Furthermore, system-wide tasks are stored in XML files under the install directory.
