Email to group task

In WFM, I am trying to sending out email to TS group (group task).
in email_map.cfg

< user name="groupA" fullname="group A" email="abc@abc.com,****@abc.com"/ >

however the email is alway send to groupA@mydomain.com

which mydomain.com is set in iw.cfg
maildomain=mydomain.com

it seems the program didnt pick up the groupA from mapping file.
it only appears the maildomain to the name.

p.s. the mapping file is working fine, I can send out the user task email.

Please paste your email configuration in iw,cfg to the post. Also, please answer the below questions -

where is your email_map.cfg located?

just found out the problem
which I put the domain\userName, which is fine
but I also domain\GroupName, which cause problem
because that TS group, not OS Group.

I removed domain name for GroupName in email_map.cfg
which can send out group email now.
